Random Smearing of Chaos

Over the past few days, life has been filled with some crisis, a few catastrophes, and a random smearing of chaos. Yesterday as I drove home in the most amazing state of divine peace, I looked over to the right as I drove over the Sanford bridge and gazed out over Lake Monroe. The sun was setting and the sunset was a stunning collection of mango, violet, and gold colors. They reflected off the glass-topped lake and created a painting only God could make.

As we sat on our patio, Bentley playing in the grass, and waiting for Kenneth's home-made burgers to cook, we enjoyed a beautiful evening home together. It was about 70 degrees, blue skies fading into evening, and a slight breeze. We love living in Florida. But aside from that, we believe we are right in the middle of God's will for our lives. And it's so reassuring to be there... it makes the crisis, catastrophe, and chaos a little easier to smile at.

"Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord has said to her will be accomplished!"
~Luke 1:45
