Noche De La Luz

A few weeks ago we had our Noche De La Luz (Night Of The Light) event at church for the kids. It was on Oct. 31st, Halloween night, and was an alternative to Halloween activities. We had lots of games, food and candy, a puppet show, the history of Halloween, and even some pinatas. We had a blast! Here are some pics of us that night. Don't miss Kenneth in the big box. The kids were trying to throwing hacky sacks threw the holes for one of the games. At one point he got inside of it to make it even more challenging. They all fought for a chance to cream Kenneth in the face with a hacky sack. :) (And yes, I may not look like it, but I am over 6 months pregnant in these pictures.)

These photos bring back great memories of Noche de la Luz! It was truly an inspiring night and was, at least in my opinion, a greater success than last years event (which is as it should be). Hopefully next years event will be that much better.:)

I know! It was so much fun! It is truly amazing what fantastic experiences you can create with little money and a whole lot of heart.
