Going Exploring

Yet another gorgeous day at the park yesterday. Selah is a trip. All the other girls we were there with spent time jabbering with each other, sharing, and socializing. They wouldn't walk 10 feet away from the slide area. Any chance Selah got, she just took off for the other corner of the park, like she was on an exploratory journey of her surroundings. Maybe she'll become more social when she has siblings. Or maybe we have an explorer in our family. Either way, we were both worn out afterwards!

Actually as she gets closer to two you should see her become a lot more social. Siblings does definitely help with that too. You guys might find that baby #2 is a lot more social at a younger age because she has her older sister to show her. :o) Regardless she is adorable!

Stacey,
Good to know! She was cracking me up... the other moms were able to sit the whole time. I was running the whole time. :)

They love to explore at this age. I am definitely glad that at work they have the play ground in an enclosed area outside because imagine chasing six of them around at one time. :o)

Kiley turns two next week and she is the same way around other kids! Definitely an only child thing!
